Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in the contiguous US. Orders normally ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns

All eligible Tresole purchases have a 30 day return policy. Items returned must be unsoiled and undamaged in order to receive a full refund. 

You can initiate returns for your online order from your online Tresole account or by going to www.Tresole.com/pages/returns if your purchase history is unavailable.

Ship your item with the prepaid shipping label that we will email you to print at home. If you don't have a printer, show your digital return code at an eligible UPS store and they will print a shipping label for you.

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.

Please note, a returns shipping charge will be deducted from your return prepaid shipping label used. Standard shipping rates apply.
